Sound does not always make your animation better. In fact, it's done so poorly in a gross majority of videos I've seen, that I just mute. It tends to detract rather than add anything to it.

That is NOT your problem as consumer. If I got paid per hour, this incentivizes me to work slower. If the artist has an obnoxious TOS, treat them like a BUSINESS and vote with your wallet.
