I keep thinking about apologies too, how they're essentially meaningless if you don't back them up with action, & how Charlie never said "sorry" after Angel (rightfully) snapped at her. She instead opted to acknowledge what she'd done + why it wasn't okay, & eventually take steps to do/be better.
