so I did a 17k hike yesterday and didn't even feel anything today so went for a 50k ride this evening, obviously i need to start pushing myself more or something

So I found out today the best way to de escalate a crazy motorist as a cyclist who is pissed off you swore when they cut you off and then chased you down to cut you off again by slamming on the brakes is to just say "you scared me"
Every motorist should have to ride for a while so they get it.

If you are reporting daily on a campaign for an anti-semtiism RC signed by sports people and you have to add some additional reporting about how some are huge Islamophobes and have even invited actual nazis on their podcast that probably says something about that campaign yeah?

I wonder whether streaming companies realise that a big reason why people stopped pirating stuff is because it was made pretty affordable and not spread out on a million different services. That is no longer the case.

As always this article is just a bunch of people crying about the state government reducing a speed limit from 100 to 80. Realistically it makes zero difference except maybe making it a little bit less terrifying to ride a bike on (I probably wouldn't anyway) its really not effecting commute times

Extremely predictable, at least Chris Minns has condemned it though I guess.
Personally i don’t want to see lots more cops and security people with guns everywhere but I guess I am not a targeted minority. They make me feel less safe not more safe.

This is horrific and yet its just so normalised in our society that many people don’t even think about it. The Vic gov needs to do much more to protect the vulnerable road users. Getting rid of those huge suvs would be a good start I reckon.
