After a stellar write-up in the New York Review of Books by Michael Dirda, there was a rush on our three-volume Fitz-James O'Brien series.

We only did 300 copies, so if you want the hardback set with all the extras, you know what to do!

Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu's vault in Mount Jerome, Dublin.

I organised the restoration and plaque in co-operation with the Le Fanu family back in 2014 for the bicentenary of his birth.

Here's what it looked like back then, all spiff and bedecked with flowers.

JSLF passed away on 7 February 1873.

I've all sorts of ideas on how broad an innovative the genre can be.

I just received this morning a lovely Spanish-language edition from La Biblioteca de Carfax featuring selections from our own volume The Death Spancel translated by Shaila Corria.

TREATISES ON DUST | Timothy J. Jarvis

These weird tales are haunted, not by ghosts, but by an obscure volume of French decadent poetry, a seventeenth-century murder ballad, a bone antenna, and by places where “the membrane is thin”.

Remember the other day when I was saluting my friend Greg Ketter, owner of Minneapolis’ DreamHaven Books? This is him the following day. Greg will never say this, so I will — now is a great time to buy books from DreamHaven. Support Americans who stand up vs. 🧊. dreamhavenbooks.com

Unearthed this morning copies of two posters that I designed for Dublin City Libraries. Only the one on the right was ever produced.

They're quite cool though, I always thought.

Bad news. Postage is increasing again on 3 February.

We will be absorbing this cost for our hardbacks for the time being.

However, I will need to raise the price of THE GREEN BOOK.

If you want to place an order before prices increase, please do so now.

I finally assembled, after many years, a complete run of Ghost Story Press publications, including the Lewis reissue.

GSP, their design, and ethos, have long been an inspiration for Swan River.
