With a professional hat on, this is an example of why content governance matters. When you create content, you should also think about how it will be archived or deleted. Otherwise, you end up with information overload, clutter, and content rot.

I've been collecting pandemic era signs that nobody can be bothered to take down or remove. There's something grimly fascinating about this. Putting them up was urgent and important; removing them is nobody's job. How long will some of these hang around?

Smear tests are so important but also not pleasant/comfortable for some people… including me. I really wish they could make it easier to get the sample they need. I was in so much pain yest. Was glad the nurse was really patient and kind. That and my perseverance got me through it.

Last night’s dream - staying in an air bnb with a cute old pug, and a pig called Albert in the garden next door. I was eating a tuna sandwich. I needed to go into another room but it was dark so I used torch on my phone and went down a hallway, then an alarm started going off “intruder detected”.

I feel like I have lots of physical anxiety symptoms right now but I can’t work out what I’m anxious about 🧐

I think this might be related to the fact I’ve reluctantly been prescribed a medication to prevent migraines, that I really don’t want to take
Last night’s dream involved me taking a pill at a party and not knowing what it was and then panicking about the effects of it. 🙄 tbf that would be true if it happened.

The other night I dreamt that I was trying to find out when Christmas dinner would be ready, I walked through a pub and went outside and was in a lake. There were these huge swans which must have been about 2 metres high. I was wary of them as I needed to get round them to get out of the water. 🤔
