Hear me out. Davis Cup played on clay every 2nd year. Points system during qualifying rounds determines where finals are hosted. Imagine watching the finals, on clay, in Buenos Aires. I'd liquidate my life's saving to go and watch that.

I've sadly no experience irl, but will add my lament about the website. Every morning I try to get info about the day's matches, and it's just one "Oops, it's not you, it's us" and "Sorry, no content available" page after another.
Davis Cup tennis is without fail always really good and yet the matches are so poorly attended. Like it’s such a marketing fail every year. The few times i’ve been to GB ties all the matches have gone down to the wire.

The one really good thing about the 2 weeks Masters tournaments is that it gives lower ranked players a chance to compete. If Shanghai was 1 week, Vacherot wouldn't even have been there. And with the state of the top 20 (except Sincaraz), these surprises could happen more often.
