WTH?! The low-hanging branch is pictured. Parking for work, she scraped the tree, removing a bit of bark and damaging her car. She filed a report so she could get her car fixed. Police arrested her for hit-and-run. Charges were dropped, but she's on the hook for legal and repair fees. What BS!
