Just have it hook into the gamestate like Phillip does, give it access to a database of past sets, input the player tags and the ports, and give it the announcer voice from USF4.

This is all a testament to the power of spite. These people are stupid, yes, but what's keeping them from stopping these extremely harmful acts is the fact they love that it harms you too and also they would rather die than admit you were right.
