U.S. citizen Matthew Allen brutally arrested in Minneapolis as his wife Sarah Allen watches in horror. She explains to a clergy member comforting her, they were both running away from the tear gas & he was arrested. Heartbreaking to hear & watch. This happened within hours of the killing of a man.💔
