I know that many diets exist & that all humans are different in their needs.
And I ALSO know that if Carnivores, Vegans, Diabetics, and Gluten free people can get along enough to go on a retreat together, there is still hope.
I also know that I'll need another stove.

Saturday morning, and my brain hack for the week is to prep the ingredients for my father's morning omlettes for the week. The goal is to make the time he has left as good as possible without grinding myself to dust.
