Btw this question is one of my favourite litmus tests for both women and (especially) men: if they reply negatively, they're a huge red flag and should be avoided.
One of the reasons I so greatly dislike the “can men and women be friends?” nonsense (yes, full stop, shut up) is that it casts suspicion on people with opposite-sex friends instead of where it more often belongs: on people with no opposite-sex friends.
Anyway, yeah. The overwhelming impression one gets from so many of these emails is that a lot of them are guys who have never had a real, serious friendship with a woman in their lives.
Which sucks for them, but also sucks for every woman who has to deal with them, ever.

If you want more proof that AI makes things objectively worse, look to customer support.
AI chatbots are completely ineffective, you just cannot speak to a person on the phone anymore, most sites don't even have a simple email form (a CS staple).
I hate this.

I travel alone a lot. I like to think of myself as a collected, independent traveller who hates making a fuss. When a British bus driver noticed me covering myself with my jacket and asked me "are you ok there luv?", I almost cried in a National Express bus.

27” iMacs were peak Apple. Amazing machines, I’m super sad that they reached end of line.
I had mine (late 2015) for almost ten years and it’s still an amazingly convenient piece of hardware.
