It is a common misconception that protein from animal foods weakens #bones. When the recommended calcium intake is met, protein, including animal protein, actually improves #bonedensity. Milk is especially good because it is a high-quality #protein source that also provides plenty of #calcium.

#DaylightSavingTime ends the 1st Sun in Nov at 2 AM, requiring clock adjustments. It provides longer evening #daylight, beneficial for retail & outdoor activities, but it also results in less sleep & timekeeping issues, as well as potential disruptions to evening entertainment & agriculture.
