Back home after another fantastic photography trip to #Iceland (my 34th!).

Stopped along the south coast yesterday on my way back - these river estuaries are just incredible.

An incredibly intricate and colourful network of river braids as they reach the estuary. There are streams that are yellow and blue at the bottom and at the top yellow and orange. The landscape around is black sand with some orange deposits. Quite surreal and absolutely beautiful!

Au début de mai, je me suis remis à la course à pieds très, très, très progressivement. Je veux éviter les blessures. Aujourd'hui, j'ai complété mon premier 5 km. J'ai encore beaucoup de progrès à faire, mais je suis vraiment contente. 👟🏃‍♀️

Blesi Geysir
Blesi is part of the Geysir Hot Springs Area, a famous stop on the Golden Circle. I've seen it several times, but it was the first time the water in the pool on the right was boiling like that.

A good deal of my time spent on the beach at Jökulsárlón is trying to capture waves hitting icebergs, without the iceberg moving (and being blurred). Occasionally it all comes together :)
