Extremely anecdotal generational observation: Boomers will not miss a party just because person(s) they hate or resent extensively are going too. The conflict averse, deëscalatory, therapy-seeking Millennial mind cannot comprehend going where one's nemesis is reveling and exerting pressure there

I've settled into a pattern for the next week or so, it's flat colored, eight-armed women in one piece swimsuits. This is very serious stuff to drill. For a while I was doing mostly six arms and leaving them uncolored so I have leveled up. Real fans of the channel will understand the importance
I finished page 41 of my CITY redraws. Probably the last thing I will get done this year, other than stuff left uncolored

I would much rather have RAM than a TV pretending to be my friend

Today's advice: As an exercise, draw a body and then copy it but make it fatter. Or thinner. Or more muscular. And then do it again to the second body. For science.
Today's advice: you will make lots of copies, they will be original by merit of being copies
Today's advice: I think you can learn more from building little model kits than from buying one of those artist posing figures. You literally have to snap all the parts together flip everything around again and again to align stuff with the manual. It uses more brain, not hard to do but more active

Today's advice: If you can draw a good knee the rest of the figure will snap into place as if someone else is moving your hand. This is called seeing with your mind's knee.

Now that Japan is coming here maybe anime character birthdays will show up more often in my feed. That's one of the things where xwitter still has the advantage

Another bad thing about "AI" is that it does not allow you to wrestle with your own ideas. You are outsourcing the iterative process of getting it to look or read right, giving up on applying and refining one's own knowledge and skill and instead casting another spell in hope that it works.
Another reason why "AI" is bad is it shortens the process of thinking about whatever it is you are making, writing, etc. It is anti-intelligence, because it trains you to respond quickly and be formulaic. You will become less and less capable of arriving at the abstract, critical, or out of the box
Something something "AI" is fascist technology... the theory others have mentioned is correct, it is about laying down an absolute control over the circulation and reproduction of images, although it markets itself as being innovative and "democratic"
