If Luibeilt Bothy was in North Yorkshire…and contained the apparition of a scary old man…? Makes me think twice before moving house 😳 #uncannycommunity
HAVE YOU HEARD CASE 2 OF THE NEW SERIES OF #UNCANNY YET?
So many talking points in this episode, I'd love to know your theories on this case, set in the wilds of the North Yorkshire moors, told by Louise, a biomedical scientist whose experiences forced her to question everything she believed in. 😱

Brilliant! Reminds me of accounts I’ve heard from people who work in the London Underground.

What do you think of this epigraph to my chapter on distressing deathbed experiences?
"This workaday actuality of ours with its bricks, its streets, its woods, its hills, its waters may have queer and possibly terrifying holes in it". (Walter de la Mare)

I think there’s an elephant sitting in the middle of the room on this research. And we can see him reflected in the reported words of dying children…
“I need to go now mummy. I know you will miss me. But I will be just fine. Jesus and Granny will look after me.”
