The train manager of my late running @avantiwestcoast.bsky.social train (caused by driver not being available at Euston) told us to claim on Delay Repay. My claim was rejected because my ticket, bought from Avanti, was to my local station (4 stops) and this train was also late by 20 minutes.

FM radio is 91 years ago today; it was invented by Edwin Armstrong to improve the quality of radio broadcasts by using Frequency Modulation. Still the highest quality mode of radio transmission, it is under threat from digital radio in its various form.
