It's funny reading the Wikipedia article, you can see all the songs that were written about her & things got progressively worse based on the titles:

"And I Love Her", "We Can Work It Out", "You Won't See Me", "I'm Looking Through You", ... and "For No One" (the breakup song stuck in my head)

Haha... yeah, I didn't even consider the song was actually written about someone, and now I'm researching it on Wikipedia, lol

sadly, the Beatles song I have stuck in my head at the moment is more of a breakup song, hahaha

Either that, or a sarcastic answer that I'm just going to sing... something.

But, yeah, the former.

Fun Fact: Something and Wonderful tonight were written about the same woman... by two different artists.

(It's a shame that Eric Clapton, who wrote the latter was as giant prick)

Same. But I'm trying to justify it by telling myself it's 0f outside, and there's no humanly reason to get out of bed 🀣

Twitter let me turn off retweets from people. It's not a feature bsky has yet, so if they get annoying by reposting 10s to 100s of posts a day, I just unfollow. If I wanted to follow everyone they constantly reposted, I would. I feel like organic engagement is better than manufactured, but I get it.
January 18, 2026 at 8:14 PM
haven't followed people in a while. occasionally, if somebody reposts someone else, I'll follow because of that... but I try to avoid people in "repost groups" because I find it annoying.

and how certain are we that everyone else still watching hasn't just died on their couch with their TV set stuck on CBS?

It would definitely be distracting enough... best not take the risk. We'll have to keep that to private viewings πŸ˜‰
