Random tip from your roaming Streaming Producer if you are doing a collab, have your guest record their audio. This way editors have a cleaner track to work with for vods and clips.

This whole VShojo thing has me frustrated, aside from the obvious things, the idea of VTuber agencies. I genuinely believe it's possible to do one correctly, and I think even VShojo may have at least their first year or two. But now there's no confidence in the concept.

From someone who has been in the south long enough, I shall state the oft unspoken rule of Waffle House. As long as you are being respectful and not rude to others, you can be as messed up as all hell and almost no one will care. Just you know, don't be a dick.

Just saw new Captain America, ya'll need to relax on making each new movie/tv show a bellwether for the future of MCU/super hero movie genre. Was it the most mind blowing piece of cinema gold I've ever seen? No, but it was a good fun movie. Sometimes that's all a movie needs to be.

Just saw new Captain America, ya'll need to relax on making each new movie/tv show a bellwether for the future of MCU/super hero movie genre. Was it the most mind blowing piece of cinema gold I've ever seen? No, but it was a good fun movie. Sometimes that's all a movie needs to be.

Finally well enough from the flu that I can sit back at my computer. Damn that thing kicked my ass. I need to get some projects started (back) up. Drive In is still the focus, but I also wouldn't turn down media production/graphic design work if it came my way either. It's all green to me 😜

@mattmcmuscles.bsky.social I think a what happened for xenogears/saga would be great. A deep narrative(potentially spanning 7 games) tackling psychology and theological concepts, that got cut off at the knees, so more work/staff could be put on that small game FF7. Oh and a localization team of.. 1.

I was thinking about just how similar "fan" and "otaku" have become. Both started with negative connotation (fan shortened from fanatic) Both have by sheer volume turned it into a badge of honor. Entire cultures, and industries have developed around them. But that negative, never went away..

I think its fair to say regarding advertising, youtube has become worse than televison for advertising. Why is it fair? I've never watched a tv show where if I was away or nodded off it randomly inserts a 4 hour video on crypto or some other nonsense. Or give me like 8 adbreaks in 30min.
