Hey so just giving everyone a bit of an unfortunate update. This past weekend Jabari passed away. We don't know the exact cause other than age related stress (he was 17 years old). He will be missed. We are going to bury him on site in Fairfield where his new home was.

I struggled a lot with overthinking food I ate during the con, however I still continued to lose weight! I'm now 10 pounds lighter than I was when I started my healthier lifestyle change on New Years Eve!
During the con I did make the best decisions I could when eating out plus I did lotsa walking!

I know it's not much compared to others, but it's a big deal for me. This is after working a 10 hour day, in which I'm on my feet and active for most of, coming home to immediately cook and eat dinner and then after doing some housework and meal prepping for tomorrow.

It's the week of Furcon and I've got 4 days of work to get through before I get to kick back on the beach with some of my favorite animal peeps! I'm not working this con, so I'll have plenty of time to see friends! I just have my 2 panels on Friday night, so if ya see me, please feel free say hi! 🙂

I took myself for a walk this evening to enjoy the setting sun and I enjoyed it so much, I kept going! I made some bird friends along the way and enjoyed some beautiful sights 🦆🌅🚶♀️
