Then where is the investment in poorer areas, or why is Guinea Gap in trouble etc. If the council has money can they actually spend it on decent roads, lights that need replacing etc.

The LEADER of Wirral Council said she does not think it is close to bankruptcy. This is despite warnings this is likely with further government support and the authority’s top boss describing the situation as “dire to be quite honest”.

God I wish my Dad was still here to see United fighting back into being the club he loved.
What a game - I was so on edge and my throat is so sore from yelling.

Just seen the trailer for Hamnet and all I can think is the best provide the biggest boxes of tissues for people to use for their tears.
I read the book and it took me days to be able to read another story and it's stayed with me since the day I closed the book. An incredible story that broke me.

43 days of learning Scots Gaelic and I feel so proud of how far I've come.
I didn't know if I'd manage a week when I set my initial goal of 50 days. However, despite illness and being told my Dad didn't speak it (which was my reasoning to learn to feel closer to him) I persevered.
