Every 6-9 months I have to argue with Thames Water about my bill because they keep reverting me to a metered bill even though I don’t have a meter. Now they’ve done it again but this time my bill has two meters 🙃

I’ve come to realise that so many of my really close friends have moved out of London and I hardly see some of them. And it’s so difficult to make new friends as everyone already has their circle.

Because my right arm/shoulder is considerably weaker than my left one, I’m struggling to increase the weight for the dumbbell chest press (almost hit my face once but we won’t talk about it further).
PT’s now changed it to a single arm press to build up the strength - that’ll set me back 😢

Turns out #Apple doesn’t actually give you a discount on a product even though that’s what the fine print says. Instead you get a gift card you can use on the next purchase. Bit cheeky if you ask me.
