Conservative Carney wasting no time busting this strike.

Never let anyone tell you they give a shit about the little guy or wealth equality if they systematically attack and dismantle one of the only means of supporting both!

I just want to say for the record that when the history books are written centuries from now, I believe the election of Donald Trump in a free and fair election in 2024 will go down as one of the most senseless and self-destructive own goals in human history

Canada Post wants to create a new class of flexible, part-time worker that will better compete with Amazon and implement “dynamic routing” so delivery routes can be changed on the fly.

It’s a good example of how Amazon degrades workers’ rights even beyond its walls. Workers are right to push back.

Canada sits at a hinge point of history, and we will need to reimagine the country to deal with our new reality, and it is bewildering that every party, and every leader, is pitching tax cuts. Our would-be leaders need to rise higher to meet the moment. www.thestar.com/politics/pol...
Bruce Arthur: Canada’s next leader needs a bold vision to reimagine the country itself — but no one is meeting the moment
We must reinvest in this country in a way we haven’t had to in generations, and we need leaders who truly grasp the magnitude of the task, Bruce Arthur writes.

In 2022, 56.5% of Ontarians didn’t vote. Doug Ford won a majority because 18% of Ontarians voted PC.

I strongly urge people to vote in Ontario’s election. Last time only 44% of eligible voters went to the polls. Combined, the Liberals and NDP had double the votes of the PCP, so a minority of voters were able to create a majority government. Check out smartvoting.ca and vote smart. #onpoli #vote
