I was surprised to read that green juice, which seems so healthy, can actually raise blood sugar and harm your kidneys if you drink too much. I didn’t realize juice could be risky, especially if relied on too much. I wonder how much green juice is safe to drink every day? #beh353 @beh353

I was surprised to learn that high dietary cholesterol consumption doesn’t directly increase blood cholesterol levels, as the connection is not clear. Cholesterol limits were removed from guidelines, and enough fiber consumption helps the body eliminate excess cholesterol. #beh353 @beh353

I love spicy food, and it’s surprising that it might help support a healthy gut and boost metabolism. I wonder how much spice is needed to get these benefits. I’ve also heard that eating too much spicy food can trigger GERD or stomach discomfort. Is it true? @beh353 #beh353

One important thing I look for when reading nutrition information is whether the article is trying to sell something. If it promotes supplements or special products, I trust it less because good nutrition advice should focus on health, not sales. @beh353 #beh353

I am a Dental Hygiene student. Nutrition course is practical and will help me take better care of both my family and my future patients. I’ve read that white rice can raise blood glucose levels, could that be true? Healthy eating = variety. Any dish with clams is my favorite. @beh353 #beh353
