Just finished Charles Duhigg’s book Supercommunicators and, hoo boy, do I feel like I could’ve used this book earlier in life.
The simple act of recognizing what kind of convo you’re having (intellectual? emotional? social?) and adjusting accordingly is life-changing in itself.
