I'm a really good counselor. I help people and lay low waiting for the tide. Generally wants to be in the sun, in a warm climate, growing old with a smirk
Afternoon #Scifi imaginings: "We found over generations that a strong curry kept away the flies. The flies were packed into the earth ship upon loading and there was no way to open the ship and let them out".

#Scifi afternoon imaginings: " We imagined the ways we might survive and not arrive broken. We imagined ourselves and each other; allowing us to recognize ourself and each other.

As the ship went dark we agreed to never eat each other".

#Scifi afternoon imagining" "Despite constant wear of predictable tides and less predictable swells influenced by the misuse of Earthship (imagine taking the ship apart to fuel the ship) we sang and danced. We told the stories of persistence to stoke the motivation to seek alternate endings"

Today I woke at 615 as usual and moved carefully to not bring on any activation/surge in nerve pain. I started the laudry and dishwasher and went outside to the museum lawn to try physio techniques to give myself a chance at less pain through the coming week. What's the point of insurance again?

Today I feel like telling stories, sharing what it's like to be in this body breaking on the left side-insurance not covering covered services blew me past my edge-3 hours on the phone w/ #Aetna & Bon Secours trying to get them to do their jobs put me in a state of derealization nerve pain on fire.

Conversation about the ways mental health isn't represented in the media, like the "slow crawl" to wellness that at times looks like crawling your way to the shower because the depression ceiling demons were doing everything they could to not let you out of bed #Nostigma we all crawl before we walk

Mental Health professionals including myself are fielding anxiety about long game fascism, grief & acute traumatic stress responses to democracy functioning the way it has. Please commit to taking care of yourself, our collective physiology responds to each of us caring deeply for ourselves #therapy

Fascinating not fascinated by "fair trade" suddenly meaning equal tariffs. Could be used to address labor conditions/terms of Chinese workers. Leave the tariffs and only good allowed in the US are constructed using standard US labor laws. Minimum wage of 15 US dollars, overtime benefits breaks lunch

I aven't signed into IG & turned on my television in over a month. All social media apps are off my phone. I have so much time for everything that I need to do. The removal of apps was inspired by a client w/ ADHD whose been listening to "My ADHD Besties". Take it all back and start with your time.

Today #RVA #Richmond The slogan "This is what Democracy Looks Like" I recommend town square conversations about what it actually looks like. It's a lot more organized than parades and gatherings. It looks like year round running and backing everyday people for offices Put Gays and women in office

First Heron of the season, spotted on its own yesterday, waiting for its flock that's always a bit behind, in this spot Heron are usual together and so present they look like plastic bags caught in the trees, and I'm always glad they aren't plastic bags

In the intensity of "IT" homogeneity blah, I have taken to morning exercise, yoga 4-5 times a week, playing Arcade Ms. Pacman, being out about being a queer neurodivergent trauma survivor and healer, helpful who I can while I can. My advice don't let unhappy people tell you what to do.

Guiding principles of #GayAgenda make them say Diversity, Equity and Inclusion not DEI. And then make say which specifically they are refusing.
