Absolutely astonished by how on Friday i was completely losing it feeling like i had made zero progress in healing, and today (6 weeks in) i *know* I'm on the mend and that this will be over soon

Every time i drill down regarding my discomfort with AI to make sure it's not just fear of new things (it absolutely is not btw), it comes down to "Star Trek taught me better than to engage with things like this across a LOT of series and episodes"

I was able to exercise today and i feel amazing now! Definitely weird to be a person who legitimately misses exercise when I can't do it tho, but it's nice to have this kind of relationship with it after forever of hating it

Finally got around to changing the filter in my showerhead this morning just like a month or so late and, uh, yeah, still a very necessary device if my before and after hair is any indication
