They’re still trying to take away open public broadcasting stations away so they can fill the airwaves with corporate propaganda.

Again, this shit right here.

“We’re tariffing ton bring production back to America.”

Me since March: “where in the blue hell do we grow coffee, tea and cocoa?!
"Does this feel like or look like a well-run competent administration? It took them 10 months to discover that the United States doesn't grow bananas and that therefore if we tariff bananas that that's not going to bring banana factories on shore."

We. Aren’t. There. Yet.

And putting this stuff out there in its not-ready-for-primetime form just makes it clear that that AI driven tech bubble will burst that much sooner. It’s a solution in search of a problem with this sort of thing.

Remember in the last Trump administration, there were “adults in the room” countering anything potentially problematic and illegal from happening? @milestaylor.bsky.social was one of those behind the scenes. He just confirmed my thinking of Steve Miller being behind this “go-fast boat strike” policy
I spent two years in the Trump administration. During that time, I saw how the president handled national security decisions. One of my biggest takeaways was this:

He fantasized regularly about maiming & killing unarmed civilians. Actually.

Last night @aftynbehn.bsky.social put over 100 districts on notice with her near win in a ruby red area, challenging the gerrymandered status quo that is endemic of the political landscape in most red states. Others like @fpwellman.bsky.social in Missouri can use this playbook in rural areas now.
Nothing to show for her 13 years but going from $5M to $26m net worth. Aftyn Behn showed how doing the work and showing up matters. We need your help and we will keep this movement going. In just 11 months we take back this seat for the people and not the bankers and the billionaires. #Missouri

It’s been about a year since I’ve seriously engaged the journalistic side of my personality and have some political discourse. I want to gauge interest especially when it comes to local politics and the little guys. Should I bring that side of me back to this space or should I just leave it alone?
