When I first signed up for twitter my mindset was "oh cool I can see what celebrities are saying" I quickly did not care about that and fell in love with the subculture of Philly folks like @briancgrubb.bsky.social, Zoo With Roy and most of all

Really sad about this one. I didn't know him personally but spoke online a few times and just a great dude and straight up hilarious.
Dan McQuade was the lifeblood of Philly writers, a mensch whose gift for writing was only surpassed by his love of his country, Philadelphia. The city will never be the same without him.
