It's not just that, also I can see it in nature of questions asked and how they are asked, where they get answer and they ask right away same thing again. Then instead of one sentence, I need reword it to 5 sentences what configuration has to be changed and what impact it has in greater picture.

Oh there is clear definition in terms of what kind of investigations they are supposed to conduct. Easy setup stuff or simple interface issues for juniors (and Seniors if there is a lot of incidents), difficult tickets, debugs etc - seniors. But seems some "seniors" cannot investigate even basics.

Pretty please with sugar on top: don’t put on your CV that you’re senior in a specific IT field when you’re not. Having to repeatedly investigate and explain junior-level aspects of your supposed expertise gets very draining as the weeks go by. I appreciare you're trying though.
