so happy with my 🪼 skirt! the artistry is superb. I want to go to so many places to show it off. lol (also that makes maya kern skirt No. 10 for me. I may not be the frequentist flyer but by far I have a skirt for every mood and day of the week)

Plant-based, animal, idc. Your brain NEEDS protein to deal with what you are dealing with
If you are dealing with triggers & traumas, put a protein in all your meals to reduce the cortisol (stress hormone) in your body

Copilot reinstalled itself latest Windows update. How to kill it. Go into Settings, then System, then Storage, then apps. Find Copilot & click "Uninstall." Check for it again after every update.
In MS Word, go to Account, then Account Privacy, manage settings & turn off all connected experiences.
