LGBTQ+ people are at higher risk of workplace abuse, with LGBTQ+ women more than twice as likely to report unwanted touching at work. This #PrideMonth, we are pushing for legislation which would impose a duty on employers to prevent gender-based violence and aggression in the workplace.
