FDZ-Leiterin @sschaffner.bsky.social und ihr Team haben anhand des RWI-GEO-RED Datensatzes regionale Indizes im Vergleich zum Bundesdurchschnitt berechnet, um die Mietpreise der Wohnungen aus unterschiedlichen Baujahren vergleichbar zu machen.
