I voted NO on the Republican spending bill. Senate Democrats should vote no too.

My kid spent 5 yrs working for her BA & BS. Her hire date as a lab asst was 2/1 but due to funding freeze, it got pushed to 2/16. Now, the admin. has put NIH @ max overhead of 15%, her career is shot unless moving overseas. We’re about to become the world leaders in underfunded public programs!
