I went for rolled crêpes because I’ve never sprung for a #Crepes pan. I use my rectangular #tamagoyaki pan. They roll very nicely that way.
It was a sweet start to the day. Let’s hope it stays that way!

Open faced sandwiches made on #Bolillo rolls.
Split and toast your roll.
Spread with Refried Beans.
Add cheese & broil or air fry to melt.
Add Pico de Gallo and then your toppings.
