One question we need to be asking ourselves every day: What have you done to stop the genocide in Gaza?
Feeling pretty Ottolenghi tonight.

Édouard Louis deserves all the praise he gets. His insights are brilliant. His writing is simple looking well crafted genuis. His tone is poignant. I read him with tears in my eyes.

I am going to the cinema at 9.30pm tonight. I think I will take a nap after dinner so that I can handle it.

What's the fuzz about the new Epstein files? Nothing is going to change in our lives other than knowing that there's no limit to evil. Nobody will be charged or punished.

It’s so difficult to read Sara Ahmed. I want to underline literally every statement. How brilliantly she writes and manages to deliver deep meaning with each word. So relevant and so encompassing. I want to be her.

*How do you *even* respond to that?
A student emailed telling me they saw a flyer of a research study of mine in Chinese, and translated it. The study was about Chinese people's perceptions of masculinity, the student wanted to participate but felt excluded because they are not Chinese. How do you respond to that?

It's horrifying to see what we had said would happen is now unfolding before our eyes. It's not an "I have told you so" moment. Far from it. The moment most of you stayed silent on the genocide in Gaza and the moment our voices meant nothing... that's when we passed a threshold. That's it.
