Pls read. Trump’s idea to transfer federal land management to the states, including budgets, isn’t only a problem for Idaho. DOGE fired thousands of federal forestry and parks personnel, etc to make land management more ‘efficient’. States simply don’t have the budgets to replace federal funding.
Good read by Bryan Clark. Transferring federal land to Idaho is bad for taxpayers and bad for future generations.
