Basically, states have the power to decide what corporations can and can’t do in their state. The Montana Plan, meant to counter Citizens United and supported by 74% of Montana voters, would redefine Montana’s corporate charter to disallow corporations from spending in elections. Great idea.

Bongino says he works for ‘the American citizenry’, which refers to only those born or naturalised in the US. So he doesn’t work for legal residents, visa holders, the so-called ‘dreamers’, those with temporary status, and definitely not those deemed ‘illegal’. No consideration, no compassion.
What Bongino does here is address this story by going after this Daily Mail headline. But this story was broken by ProPublica, and it said that Bongino was able to skip the polygraph portion of the background check, which was highly unusual. He chooses not to respond to that.
