@nws.noaa.gov is forecasting damaging winds Wednesday. Citizens can call 3-1-1 to report trees blocking roadways. For trees entangled with power lines, please call Avista at 1-800-277-9187. If downed power lines pose an emergency, call 9-1-1. Do not approach downed power lines. conta.cc/3L1Y7U2

It’s that time of year when boxes & packages are arriving on doorsteps with packing materials & gift-wrapping stations are littered with pretty holiday paper, ribbons, & bows. Cards are arriving in mailboxes with season’s greetings & joy is in the air. What’s on the recycling “Naughty & Nice List”?
