Realistically how is what Paul did any worse than what Adrian has continued to do week after week? Why can’t the experts and by extension the producers, take emotional abuse as seriously as displays of physical abuse? #MAFSAU

Each year there is a terrible excuse of a human on MAFS that we all yell at the TV about. But something about Adrian feels so much worse than the others. I can’t put my finger on what makes him so disgusting, maybe the fact that his family is clearly exactly the same as he is.

Losing weight when you’re obese is hard for a lot of reasons but maybe the one I wasn’t expecting was how impatient I feel. I’ve lost 45kgs since October thanks to Wegovy, being in a calorie deficit and exercise but I’m still so big and it’s demotivating knowing I have so far to go I think.
