An oddly specific thing I'm fond of in hypnokink is psychology-based praise. Being made to believe something ridiculous and then complimented on how good your imagination must be for your mind to accept the suggestion. Being told that a trigger happening so automatically it's like a reflex shows the strength of your mind. Being reminded that the "power" in "power of suggestion" is just as much the sub's power as the dom's.
