i havent been paying as much attention to hypno files as i should be. i start a file while im still getting ready for bed even when they tell me to lie down, and the file doesn't feel as powerful when i'm only half listening to part of it. i tell myself that the important part is the passive act of hearing the words -- that hypnosis is more about normalizing ideas in my head through repetition than it is a rapid shift into an altered state of consciousness -- and i know that pretending to be hypnotized is a fine way to engage with files until your mind is ready to go under for real, but i also know that it works better when i really follow along with the tist's words and instructions. i want to go into trance, and that's not going to happen if i keep treating files like a podcast i can zone in and out of!

At an anime con, there was a stage hypnosis show that I ended up going to watch. Of course, I ended up as part of the show when I went under during the induction part. The show was supposed to be PG... but I almost made it at least R on several occasions

I feel like I am starting to become more of a sub. Before I was very switch-y but I've noticed the idea of domming has become less and less appealing as time goes on and I've enjoyed being called things like slave or slut way more appealing Before I used to identify as a switch but for some reason I'm starting to enjoy the idea of being dominant less and less and started having more fantasies of submitting and obeying.
