The list appears to be all-Sunni and is probably all-Islamist, but it includes at least some names from factions other than HTS. Notably, also, there seem to be some jihadi foreign fighters on it—Jordanian, Uighur? But that deserves more investigation.

The South Korean Parliament voted 190-0 to repeal the martial law declaration. Troops have withdrawn from the grounds of the National Assembly building but the commander of the martial law forces says it remains in place until the President rescinds it. But good news. www.bbc.com/news/live/cn...
