So if Medabots didn't exist that's what Mega Man BN would've been, right? I feel like thats the route to have kids battling with real robot masters but Medabots already did that so they went some weird online virtual pet route.

I know im super on getting around to this show and now watching it. Love everything about it. The vibe, music, character designs, animation, voice acting. It's THE late 90s/early 00s show. Fucked up MTV screwed this show over for some vanity project that ended up being a flop.

I always thought it was funny and embraced it, but this was hot off when Mega Man Legends 3 was canned so a lot of Mega Man fans were pissed off.
Canonising Bad Box Art Mega Man was so fucking funny. They even got his off-centre helmet right. People at the time simply didn’t see Capcom’s vision.
