For now, I'm choosing to be optimistic over the Ferrer Ford trade. Ferrer has a lot of upside, high sinker velo, high ground ball rate, limits home runs really well. I do feel Ford is slight overpay, but only time will tell. Now I'm interested to see who the backup catcher in 2026 will be...

Honestly, it's pretty incredible that the seahawks stayed in the whole game given Sam Darnold's performance. Frustrating loss, but better to lose like this than get crushed. Bounce back next week!

Hawks are looking great! The game ending on a sour note is a shame (get well Jayden Daniels), but 6-2 with no signs of slowing down is damn good. Looking like a much more complete team than in 2024, keep it up!

Hell of a season, but not what we wanted. Hurts to think we were up 2-0 in the series too and lost 4 of 5. Can't say I'm completely surprised, the blue jays offense is easily way more balanced than ours with good pitching to complement as well, but hard to feel this wasn't a choke.

Checking in to say it's so awesome to be able to watch meaningful M's baseball on October 19th. Just gotta win one of the next two, they're so close! Of course it won't be easy, we know this, but hopefully their record of good play in the postseason in Toronto continues. Onward! #goms

A series tie isn't what we wanted, but it never is easy. 2-2 doesn't feel good, but only cause of the path we took to get here. Just win today, simple as that #goms

Saw this post again and gotta say, I feel the same. Can't believe we called Ford up for weeks and put him on the postseason roster just for him to have 6 regular season at bats and a single garbage time ab in the postseason (so far). Can't convince me this was better than keeping him in Tacoma
I'm seeing people calling for Harry Ford to replace Mitch Garver as the backup catcher on the Mariners, and while I do like the idea on paper and would love to see Ford at the MLB level, I still think it's best to keep Garver. One, he's only here for the rest of the season, so getting whatever..

WELP, Game 3 wasn't all that. Clunkers happen to starters in the playoffs, unfortunately. Onto the next, hope Castillo channels that same wildcard energy from 2022! #goms
