This weekend I met with Alex Pretti’s Minneapolis VA coworkers who were on duty the Saturday morning he was killed. They miss him very much…many stories of his filling in shifts to help other staff. Alex was an exceptional ICU nurse and deeply committed to serving our veterans.

He obviously knows the jobs report this week is going to be terrible. But Haslett says not to worry because a tiny handful of people are concentrating more wealth than at any point in human history and we should all be happy for them. bsky.app/profile/atru...
