Went to the Bell Point Gem and Mineral show today in Duluth Georgia and got some prices for the collection.

A couple of shots from one of my runs on the Tail of the Dragon yesterday.
On review of some of the footage I've recorded (from my action cam on my helmet) on this trip, unfortunately there may be a lot that isn't usable.. the camera was pointed too far downward..
That sucks, because it would have been some great stuff of the runs on the Tail of the Dragon.

Started out this morning on a well needed vacation.
Going to be spending the next few days up at the Tail of the Dragon on the bike with some good people and good times.
I have about another hour and a half to go on a 5(ish) hour ride.
The roads up here in north Georgia are awesome!

A really really nice thick cut pork chop, Pan seared with a brown butter sauce.
And a side of box Mac and Cheese.
Gotta remember them roots!

I had an amazing time working at DragonCon this year. If you were in the card gaming area (Magic, Pokemon, Lorcana) you may have seen me at registration/prize wall.
It was long, it was tiring, and I'm absolutely beat now, but overall I'm very happy with this year.

It's been both humorous and absolutely fucking sickening to sit in some sessions and see SO MANY people who work in environmental engineering pantomime the quotation symbols while saying 'the trump administration's "guidance"' on this or that thing... Like renewable energy, pollution, etc.
