Trump is being lobbied by rival foreign policy networks for wars with Venezuela or Iran. Sending troops to Portland obviously plays to a domestic audience of anti-urban conservatives while avoiding the sort of large scale interstate war that he fears going very wrong. #Portland #Venezuela #Iran
