Really enjoyed Protomen's Act 3. Like, genuinely banging music that I'll be listening to tracks from for years. Remorseful Dr. Light and his oneitis with Emily ran its course for me by the end of Act 2 so I wasn't into them doubling down on it in for multiple tracks in act 3.

Dunno if this is a confirmed thing already but I'm convinced that Lorwyn, Eldraine and Bloomburrow are close planar neighbors. They're the whimsical euro-fable group

Moving from an edgier teen phase I was looking to rename my WoW rogue to something a bit less silly than "Alphashadow". In the same 2009 time period I was also playing a tactical RPG on the Nintendo Wii so I took inspiration from one of its major characters and I've more-or-less stuck with it since.

The more time goes on the more I become convinced that Duel Masters failed in the West solely because they thought it'd be funny if Shobu joked about Justin Timberlake and Jerry Garcia in their shonen anime aimed for ten year old boys
