i'm sad that i'm not where i wish i would be. 2021-early 2024 did a number on me creatively and i feel so far behind. constantly feeling like i have to pit survival and making work against one another which in turn leaves me directionless and flustered. sad over rejections that felt inevitable.

him being dead feels strange. his work got me through one of the hardest periods of my life during high school and inspired me so much as an artist. a piece of my heart does feel torn in a way. mortality is such a fickle thing. so many people, all the time, leave us. crying rn.
