There's a new English release of Mushishi, lettered by Phil Christie (@kernedout.bsky.social). I adore how Urushibara-sensei utilizes texture in her art, and how the sound effects inherit that texture. Phil does an amazing job replicating that with subtitled SFX. Notes in alt text!

it's that time for an end-of-year lettering review!! the amount of work i did was DOUBLE what i did in 2024. i really locked in this year and next year i'll be even busier!!
